What You'd Do in This Role:
- Install gutters, downspouts, and related exterior drainage systems
- Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials accurately
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Complete projects efficiently and on schedule
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You’re comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- You’re able to safely operate hand and power tools
- You have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You have strong work ethic and attention to detail
- You’re able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- You’re dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- Seamless gutter installation experience
- Fascia, soffit, or exterior construction experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and job-site safety standards
- Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus
